Twenty-year-veteran athlete, two-time Grey Cup Champion… GEORGE NIMAKO is a seasoned fitness professional and a man of action! Having earned a full four-year football scholarship to Liberty University in Virginia, U.S.A., George majored in Commerce, pursued football and was drafted for a professional football career, from university.
George credits his accomplishments in athletics and business sense to his mother, who taught him…

This mindset propelled George through eight successful years of playing professional football with the Toronto Argonauts football club, winning two consecutive Grey Cup Championships (1996 and 1997). George played running back, excelled at free safety and dominated as a special teams player.
During his education at Liberty, George also studied nutrition, flexibility, cardiovascular, strength training, and the importance of recovery. He became adept in using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) also known as partner stretching. Later he would incorporate everything he learned into his specialized BODY MAINTENANCE personal training and performance training programs.
In the last 2 decades he has-tailor made his Body Maintenance Fitness programs for the novice to the elite. Results oriented programs for weight loss, conditioning, strength training, speed enhancement – all of which, provide optimal physical & mental results, for people of all walks of life.
Currently, George coaches clients, trainers, athletes and all fitness enthusiasts with Personal and Performance Training, out of his state-of–the-art BODY MAINTENANCE Fitness Centre, located at the border of Mississauga and Oakville. George is committed to helping others improve their health and ultimately achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals! Georges’ long time alliances with medical professionals further increase the success and benefits available to Body Maintenance Clients.

Filip Sadowski
Personal Trainer
Filip has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade. During this time he graduated from the University of Toronto Psychology program, with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has played on the University of Toronto football team, which helped him experience a different side of training.
Filip a CanFitPro certified personal trainer, has had the opportunity to participate in many conferences and workshops presented by some of the world’s top fitness professionals. He has combined this knowledge with his experiences and education, which has made it possible for him to understand and effectively apply Body Maintenance training routines and programs to anyone who wishes to change their life.
His journey in the fitness industry began when he was 13 years old- he purchased his first gym membership the same month he graduated from elementary school. Filip spent his high school years in a community gym lifting weights and learning the importance of human kinetics- how the human body works and what it is capable of doing. Furthermore, he committed a few years of his life to experimenting with various fields in fitness, from power lifting to bodybuilding, long distance running and sport specific training- all of this while achieving his own fitness goals. He added his theory to his practical experiences by educating himself in human physiology. As his knowledge and experiences increased, he started to help others with their workouts and fitness objectives. Over the years he has had the opportunity to help many people reach their fitness goals- which naturally steered him towards the beginning of a great and rewarding career.
After helping many people in local gyms- from family members to friends to strangers, he made the decision to become a certified personal trainer, and turned his hobby into a career. He has had the privilege of working at various facilities including the city of Mississauga Community
Centres, Goodlife Fitness and Premiere Fitness. He has helped hundred of clients change their lives, over many years of training experiences- which in turn has helped him become better at his trade. Filip works actively with clients striving to achieve various goals, ranging from weight loss to weight gain and to those recovering form injuries (with the appropriate medical consent), and individuals requiring sports specific training.
Filip’s main priority is to help everyone achieve their fitness goals of maintaining a healthy body, through safe and proven workouts regimes.
